Thomas was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attended West Chester University and in May 2000 graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in May 2003. Thomas is admitted to practice in Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

After being admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars in October 2003, Thomas commenced his career as an Assistant District Attorney in suburban Philadelphia. There, he handled all types of cases, including assaults, narcotics trafficking, robberies and an attempted homicide.

After being admitted to the Florida Bar in January 2005, Thomas moved to Florida and continued his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Orlando where he completed 15 jury trials and over 100 bench trials.

Thomas’ current areas of practice include general civil litigation, personal injury, construction defect litigation, errors and omissions and UM coverage.

Thomas enjoys traveling, college football, UFC, practicing Thai kickboxing and exercising. His interests include politics, economics and WWII history.
