Stephen was born and raised in South Florida. He attended the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. In 2004, he earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University. While a student at Nova, he was a staff member of the Journal of International and Comparative Law, and in 2004 he had an article published in the Gaming Law Review.

Stephen’s practice areas include automobile liability, insurance coverage disputes and first and third party insurance matters.

Stephen and his wife Michelle live in Miami, Florida. When they’re not cheering for the Gators, Stephen enjoys movies, music and traveling.
